We all know that God works in mysterious ways in our lives. He allows things to happen that complicate simple situations and threaten healthy and beautiful relationships. We curiously ask why but with own understanding, we may never be able to comprehend His wisdom behind it. We simply have to trust God’s judgment and believe that everything happens for a purpose.
It may not seem right at the beginning but there will always be a redeeming lesson in every hurtful action that we do to others.
God allows us to be tempted but He never gives us more than what we can handle. It is our selfishness and weakness that lure us into instant escape and happiness.
WE may sometimes sought own fulfillment in the arms of another person when the one that we truly love wasn’t around and somehow tries to find escape when our own marriage wasn’t satisfying anymore.
We could have been sold our marriage cheaply for moments of intimate pleasure which obviously had permanently damaging effects.
Complications such as this may seem headed for the hole in the ground. But, I honestly believe that no matter how much pain we have inflicted upon those we love, there will always be a space in our hearts for forgiveness, a time in our lives for healing and an opportunity to build our dreams again.
The couple still love each other but feels miserable for betraying each other’s trust. This was how God worked his way in a marriage. I hope that they will realize that despite the mistakes, their love for each other can still make a difference.
They can still accept and forgive each other no matter how great their faults have been, bury the past behind and build a new tomorrow together.
There is no mistake so painful that love cannot forgive. There is no past so bitter that love cannot accept and no hope left so little that we cannot start all over with.
